There will be no 6:30pm fitness on Tuesday this week 28th Feb.
If you are trialling for Men's or Women's Capital League we will meet at 7:30pm for an extended warm up before training (8-9pm).
Thursday night fitness will still be held from 6:30-7:30pm on Southwell Park oval.
Reminder: There is no State League training this week.
